No, he wasn’t drooling on her (or at least we hope not), but he was surely drooling over the sight of her. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have surely become that social media couple that you at first love but than loathe just because they can’t stop gushing about how much they love and are perfect for each other.
It’s cute at first, but then it can get a little irritating, right? Well, Ben doesn’t seem to care at all at this point as he only had eyes for Jennifer during the red carpet premiere of his latest movie, “The Last Duel” in New York City. Here’s what you need to know.
Ben Affleck Can’t Help But Drool Over His Girlfriend Jennifer Lopez
According to reports, Ben says that he has been living the good life ever since he and Jennifer got back together again earlier this year. The couple was engaged during the early naughts, but pulled the plug on their engagement back in 2004.
“I’m very happy. It is a very happy time in my life. Life is good,” ben told Extra TV while going stag at “The Tender Bar” premiere.
Back in September, Ben made an effort to fly into the Big Apple to support Jennifer while she was performing at the Global Citizen Live event. Though the couple would like to be closer together, they’ve accepted that “this is their life together now,” a source tells the publication.
“Ben wanted to be by her side,” says the source. “They are always supportive of each other’s careers, and Jennifer was very excited to have Ben in New York City.”
The insider added that while they are both trying to make things work, they also can’t help but “gush about each other.” The tipster added, “Jennifer is as protective of Ben as he is of her. She is the happiest that she has been in along time.”
The father-of-three also told Adweek last month: “I am in awe of what Jennifer’s effect on the world is. At most, as an artist, I can make movies that move people. Jennifer has inspired a massive group of people to feel they have a seat at the table in this country.”
