Danelo Cavalcante was captured this morning at 8:00 a.m. He was still in the Nantmeal township. Now, the nightmare is over—Lt. Col. George Bivens of the PA. State Police announced his capture. Cavalcante had evaded authorities for two weeks and survived by utilizing the woods with the heavy cover of the trees. He was convicted of stabbing and killing his girlfriend, Deborah Brandao. Deborah had two children, age four and seven, who watched this man kill their mother.
