If you think that the allegations are dying down for Travis Scott anytime soon, you’d be wrong. Recently, a lawyer whose own daughter was at the concert has filed a lawsuit claiming damages for all the medical expenses for his own daughter, one other adult, and three minor children, alleging that all the injuries that these five people sustained were permanent and that not only was he after Travis Scott, Drake, and the rest of the team to pay their current medical expenses, but also to compensate his daughter and these other four people for the permanent injuries that they incurred at this concert.
According to the legal documents, they are alleging that the proper security was not hired (that can be backed up by the tiktokker’s story), and that there was not adequate barricades at the concert.
It keeps getting worse for Travis Scott
The only thing separating the VIP section from the rest of the concert was one metal barrier, that was it. In the legal documents they allege that one or more of the performers at the concert encouraged the rowdy behavior that caused multiple injuries and deaths at the concert.
In Scott’s case, this can be backed up by previous performances, there is a clip of him raging at someone who had climbed on stage and tried to take his shoe, telling the crowd to “F*** him up!” which started a chant among the concertgoers at the previous concert.
There are multiple clips to back these claims up, not counting the ones of the Astroworld Concert that have since surfaced.
The suit alleges that there was no attempts to stop the show once Scott and Drake witnessed several unconscious bodies lying on the ground, a claim which can be backed up, and that due to their negligence that there are at least eight dead and numerous permanent injuries.
The suit claims that Travis Scott and team were responsible for not only security but for EMS personnel and that there were also not enough of those on-hand to deal with the amount of concertgoers, yet another claim which can be backed up by the tiktok storytime.
The suit says that the minors involved in the incident were not warned beforehand that things would get that bad and that they did not contribute it any way to the injuries that they sustained. These were completely innocent bystanders who are now irreparably damaged. Let’s hope they get the justice they deserve. Stay tuned!!!
