YouTubers Nelk Boys Being Sued For Assault And Battery

The marijuana delivery guy they attempted to hoax is turning the tables on them by filing a lawsuit, which has brought the Nelk Boys into court over a YouTube prank gone awry.

A man called Nicholas Aliff claims to be the marijuana delivery person in the YouTube stars’ hoax meth lab, according to documents acquired by TMZ. He expressed displeasure at being played on in the video and expressed a threat to sue, and it appears like he’s making good on that promise.

Aliff alleges that when the Nelk Boys placed an order for marijuana, he was eventually responsible for transporting the product to a warehouse outside of Los Angeles, where the YouTube pranksters had set up a makeshift meth lab and employed a professional actor to portray a police officer who begins to conduct a narcotics raid before finally taking a bribe.

The man claims he mistakenly believed the actor to be a genuine police officer and was unaware of the joke until the Nelk Boys revealed it to him after the event.

He alleges the guys’ security grabbed him from behind and put him in a chokehold when he got understandably enraged about the prank and began screaming at them, causing what he claims are significant bodily and mental trauma.

Aliff claims that the Nelk Boys lured him inside their fictitious meth factory like a lamb to the slaughter in order to terrify him and photograph his startled reaction. He claims that because it appeared to be a real police officer, he feared for his safety.

He is suing for assault and battery, wrongful detention, and intentional infliction of mental distress in addition to seeking damages from the Nelk Boys.

This is not the first time that YouTubers have gotten in trouble for this kind of thing, and it certainly won’t be the last. They’ll do anything for views, and this is just another in the long list of ideas they have we’re sure.
