YouTube Sends Joe Rogan A “Diamond Brick” For Reaching 10 Million Subscribers

Even after making his switch to Spotify, YouTube has been nothing but generous to Joe Rogan (probably because he was a huge cash cow for them), and have kept 20-minute clips of his episodes up on their site. While Rogan’s podcasts will not be exclusively on Spotify, his page remains on YouTube, and his subscriber count has continued to rise.

He even crossed the 10,000,000 mark and YouTube sent him a “diamond metal brick”. Check out his Instagram post where he explains everything that’s happening and how YouTube has been handling his departure.

“Thank you @youtube for the diamond metal brick for reaching 10,000,000 subscribers. I have to say that through this whole process of switching to Spotify @youtube has been amazing. They even reached out to help the transition. I appreciate it very much. 20 minutes of clips are still up for each episode on YouTube. I know people who enjoy the comments section of YouTube miss that for the whole episode and I’m working on getting something like that for Spotify. In the meantime you can always post your comments on the clips.
Also, lots of folks use the @reddit joerogan page to comment too. I know it’s not ideal, but again, we’re working on it.”
