For Chrissy Teigen, the great thing about social media is that she can totally quit one of her accounts but still overshare about her life on another. Just one week after declaring that she would no longer share her random thoughts to her millions of fans on Twitter, she is now sharing her random thoughts to her millions of fans on Instagram.

The former model and who knows what else she’s done took to her Instagram account to share a photo of her new grey hair, which she says is a result from her midlife crisis. Here’s what you need to know.

Chrissy sported a silver-gray wig over the weekend (because why wouldn’t she) and talked about her “midlife crisis hair” on Instagram.

“This man, one of the most brutally funny people I’ve ever met, didn’t say a word about my midlife crisis hair for the entire taping,” Chrissy Teigen captioned a photo with the comedian and artist Lana Gomez.

She then shared two videos of her icy look on Friday, captioned “trust me it’s my midlife lol” and “im ok really !!!”

This all comes just a few short days after Chrissy told the world that she couldn’t deal with all of the nastiness she was getting on Twitter.

Not that Instagram is any different, but in a a several-tweet thread to her 14 million followers Wednesday night, Chrissy said goodbye to the social network, writing that her time spent on the site “no longer serves me as positively as it serves me negatively, and I think that’s the right time to call something.”

“Hey. For over 10 years, you guys have been my world. I honestly owe so much to this world we have created here. I truly consider so many of you my actual friends,” she wrote.
