Davis’ part of being the host of the show is to help women to find a father for their child. Kristy is going to be matched with 15 men who are handsome, smart, and have the same morals as her. These men are on the show so that they can be fathers and they are willing to share these responsibilities with a stranger. Sounds pretty legit. For eight weeks, these men will have to face all the odds and challenges to get close to Kristy and eventually partner with her to have a baby. Just like other dating shows, one father to be will go home after each challenge. The pressure is on, not just for a partner, but for a baby! Davis is there to help Kristy to determine which man she thinks will make the best father to her child. She is also there to help her decide of motherhood alone is an option.
Davis decided that she had to be part of this show to help women who are in need of getting a family started. She wants them women on this show to follow and manifest their dreams of having a child, with out without a man. Kristy was on season 11 of the Bachelor in 2007. That was the season with Brad Womack. Fans of reality shows can expect this one to be filled with intense drama, romance, laughter, and tears. Labor of Love will premiere on the Fox network on May 21. It will air at 9 p.m. EST, so be sure to catch it every Thursday night for eights week to follow Kristy’s baby journey.
