ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers indicate things are getting real in Port Charles. From the Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) situation, to Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) obsession, there’s a lot of trouble this week. And we are loving how this show is heating up. So what exactly can we expect this week? Here’s what you need to know.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Denial and reality checks
First off, let’s talk about Anna. We almost feel sorry for her. Note the word “almost”. Sure, she has a natural mother’s instinct to protect Peter August (Wes Ramsey). But she’s also part of a spy organization and her ex is the DA. She also knows that Peter is suspected of trying to kill people, as well as framing Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). She really shouldn’t be going to the lengths she is to protect him. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal that appears to bite her this week.
In the weekly promo, we see Sam and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) confront Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about the situation. After his talk with Sam last week, there’s no doubt in their mind Peter’s being protected by mom. But there’s more about to go down.
In another clip, we see Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna fight. She wants to know why he can’t just leave it alone. He sounds quite frustrated as he informs her he just can’t. Sigh. Seriously, Anna? You should know him better than that. Especially with this new job of his, he can’t just ignore evidence like you did.

In other news, it seems there might be a price to Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) revenge on Valentin. And it looks like Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) might pay the price. In one clip, we see Nina talking to Ava Jerome (Maura West) about moving on. We saw Valentin try to get back with her last week, but she made it clear they’re through. However, it might not be that easy.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate Valentin isn’t ready to give up. Furthermore, it seems he knows about the kiss Nina and Jax shared last week. We see him storm into Jax’s office. When Jax asks what he wants, Valentin pulls a gun and says, “This.” Dang. Looks like someone is seriously coming undone. We’re actually disappointed here, because the soaps seem to be setting a trend of villains stuck on people who don’t want them. With last week’s developments, it seems Valentin would have better things to occupy his time. We’re also a bit concerned for Jax, as we like him and the bond he’s forming with Nina.
