ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate war is brewing in Port Charles. Actually, several. But there’s one in particular that will rock a family. And Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is at the center of it. So, what’s going down? Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: The beginning
We talked about this recently after Nelle revealed herself as the host of Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) memorial. But things escalated on Friday. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) showed up for her first day of being Wiley’s nanny and got a rude awakening.

First, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) acted strange, and claimed he was taking Wiley to daycare instead. Then, she came face-to-face with Nelle. This infuriated her, and as soon as Nelle left the room, she confronted Brad about this development. He made up an excuse about her having nowhere to go, but she’s not happy. Neither is Nelle.

Brad was caught between two angry women, and he did the best he could do, we suppose. But before Willow left for the day, Nelle made a veiled threat. This fired Willow up even more, and she vented about it to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). We see this situation devolving badly.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Fight ahead?
In Friday’s episode, she said she believes Wiley is no longer safe with Brad. For a while now, they’ve hinted as to whether or not she’ll try to get Wiley back. We think this will be the last straw. We believe she’ll decide to take custody back, but we all know this isn’t going to be good.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: The reveal? Finally?
There have been more than enough false starts in this baby swap reveal. With Willow worried for Wiley’s safety and a potential custody grab, this might finally be the catalyst for the reveal. Obviously, if Willow tries to get custody back, we imagine there will be DNA testing involved. And we all know how that will turn out.
Of course, that doesn’t mean a fight is over. Even if the swap is revealed and Willow learns her baby actually died, there’s still Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and his family. There’s no way they’ll allow Nelle to get custody of that child. If it does come to this, expect Michael to pull out all the stops to keep Nelle away from their son. And expect a massive response from Nelle. Hopefully, this will be a worthwhile payoff to a long-drawn out plot.
