General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 20th reveal this is a huge week for the show. They’re marking 15,000 episodes and they celebrated the milestone in the weekly promo. There looks to be plenty of love and drama ahead. Let’s take a look at what the promo showed.

So, General Hospital spoilers reveal this show is one of the last standing and with some of the stories, we can see why. Still, it’s crazy to think that many episodes have been produced. And it makes us give much respect to the people that have to track down the old clips for flashback scenes. You know that can’t be an easy task!
Speaking of such a hard task, this week they mark the big milestone with an episode that centers around Laura Webber (Genie Francis). So, we’re sure there will be at least a couple of flashbacks in the episode. And considering who was behind so much trouble in Port Charles lately, we think they might even go back to the Ice Princess story for a clip or two. We’ll see.

Elsewhere, this week is going to bring some romance. General Hospital spoilers indicate one of those couples will be Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). There’s a clip in the promo where it looks like he’s getting down on one knee. If that’s the case, we’re all for it. They’re a good match, plus a lot of fun to watch. We’re curious, though, how this potential wedding would go over with a lot of Port Charles’ residents.
In other news, there’s a pair some will be cheering for while others will be cursing the writers. That would, of course, be the controversial pair of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). They’ll share a kiss this week. Which tells us that she is definitely over the worry that Sonny just kissed her last week out of loneliness.

The promo also promises more drama as they get ready to celebrate the big milestone. And that voice over is accompanied by a clip of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) not looking her best. Looks like she’s still struggling after Liam’s shoes arrived.
Also, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is telling someone it’s time to confess. Given what Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) just did, we wonder if she’s talking to Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Because there is no way in this world Carly will tell the truth about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) real mother.
