General Hospital spoilers reveal the baby scam drama will continue October 6th. Plus, we’ll see a bit more of the Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna)/Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) situation as well as more Cassadine drama. Let’s take a look at what the teasers and promo say.
General Hospital spoilers: Changing tactics?
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has been one of the most vocal against Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and his ELQ claim. We think, of course, a huge portion of that is due to the baby scam she’s running with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). It seems she’ll be thinking about all this Wednesday, as she claims Austin is trying to ruin all her hard work. She’s confiding in Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), which makes us wonder if she’ll eventually spill the whole story to him.
Interestingly enough, though, she’ll apologize to Austin. We’re of two minds on this one. First, that it might be a new tactic of hers. You know, keep the enemy close and all. However, we also wonder if Chase will somehow get her to see his side of things and call her out for her behavior toward him. A good friend should always be ready with a dose of the truth, after all. And given how easy he just got over the whole affair mess, he definitely seems to be a good one to preach forgiveness and cooperation.
Related to this, we think there’s some twist coming with Austin. In the promo, Maxie thinks she’s not the only one who could use protection. As she’s speaking to him, it sounds like he might reveal some interesting developments in his life. Either a serious threat, or more along the lines of the Qs will be giving him a long, fun battle in court. We’ll see what he’s talking about. But it does look like these two are making headway, and we think Maxie might genuinely fall for the guy.
General Hospital spoilers: Oops
In other news, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) showed he’s no fool on Tuesday. He brought in Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to seek an alliance against Peter August (Wes Ramsey) as a preventative measure. It seems this goes deeper, as Victor’s is planning to make Peter the guilty party in his activities. We’re loving this and hope that Peter finally goes down. It’s been way overdue.
However, it might not be so easy for Victor to get this assistance. In the promo, Valentin wonders what someone’s doing to protect Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Given his current circumstances, who else would this be directed at but Victor? There will definitely be conditions to any help Valentin offers, and Anna’s safety seems to be #1.
It might be too late, though. It looks like Anna and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) are in some danger Wednesday. She’ll urge Robert to move as she grabs a suspect. As General Hospital spoilers tease she’ll seek out Valentin, it’s obvious she’s noticed his disappearance and probably believes this guy is the one who did it. Or at least knows who did.
General Hospital spoilers: Is the honeymoon already over?
Finally, we have Sam and Dante. There’s been an obvious push by the writers to put these two together. However, it doesn’t look like it’ll be an easy path to romance. In the promo, she wonders why Dante wants to take things slow. It sounds like she’s ready to jump all in. If he’s not, that will definitely put some distance between them.
