ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) are going to have a very tough time making it to the end of the year, let alone to the end of the summer. That’s because previews for upcoming ‘General Hospital’ episodes say that the couple are going to be on the rocks, mostly because of Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and their bad influence on the couple. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ co-head writer Dan O’Connor puts it this way, “Ava and Nikolas have independently been manipulating Liz and Franco from behind the scenes. The seeds of that tension are finally bubbling to the surface. Franco and Elizabeth have always been supportive of each other and have always had each other’s backs, but as this tension continues to brew, it will ultimately come to a head, which will either make the couple stronger or it will make them collapse under their own weight.”

Seeing how they have been through hell and back in the last year, it will be interesting to see what kind of turn Liz and Franco’s relationship is going to take in the coming months. What’s more, the couple have also been dealing with financial hardships, which have put even more of a strain on their relationship. And with Ava and Nikolas trying to pull their strings in the background, it’s going to be tough for Liz and Franco to not only reassess their situation, but make sure that they are making the right decisions, without having either Ava or Nikolas in their ears! Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in to find out what happens next!
