    ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for August 8th reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) knows Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) a little too well. Meanwhile, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) might be called out by Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Meanwhile, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is confused. Here’s what you need to know.

    ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 8: Confess already

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Dante smelled a rat and called Brook Lynn out on the little competition going on over Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). On August 8th, he’ll want to know what Brook Lynn is up to. It sounds he might actually get her to back off her plan.

    In the promo, Brook Lynn tells Linc Brown (Dan Buran) and Chase, “We should just call off this competition.” If we know Dante at all, he’s going to think getting involved in whatever Brook Lynn is doing will not be good for Chase’s slim chances of redemption at the PCPD. And we think he’ll advocate for leaving Chase out of her scheme.

    So, Spinelli has been acting strange lately. Recently, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Spinelli admitted to being the brain behind Society Setups. And after the interactions he and Cody have had, Spinelli is apparently willing to risk a bad outcome for Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Theibaud).

    And a lawsuit she’d threatened. He’ll urge Britt not to go on another date with Cody. We can only assume Cody overhears this. In the promo, he tells Spinelli and Britt, “Might as well put our cards on the table.”

    Does this mean Spinelli is about to be exposed as the creator of that app? And how deep is he in with Britt for matching her up with someone he’s now warning against? We’ll see.

    Related to this, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) presses Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) for answers. Given how obviously distracted Spinelli was, it’s obvious she’ll turn to Maxie to learn what’s really going on. After all, Spinelli keeps giving her the runaround. We’ll see if Maxie will keep Spinelli’s secret. But it’s clear Spinelli can’t stay under the radar forever.

    Finally, Dex has been loyal in the quest to expose Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). In fact, he’s gotten himself into situations that could lead to his arrest to get the job done. We assume Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) won’t be willing to use Dex’s latest assignment, as Dex complains, “I just gave you the perfect opportunity to nail your old man.”

    We guess Michael isn’t going to want to explain to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that Sonny tried to get Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) off and he ruined it. At least, he won’t if he has any intelligence at all.
