ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers finds that star Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks) says that she is skipping all of the Daytime Emmy Award headaches this year. But it’s not what you think. Here’s what she has to say. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the blonde beauty says that she’s still not sure what she will wear for her first virtual Daytime Emmys Awards. However, she also adds that she is relieved to get to skip all of the fashion-related headaches that she usually has to deal with this time of the year!
Eden told the publication, “It’s really strange because I don’t really want to wear, like, a total dress. I’m probably just going to wear a nice blouse or top and jeans, honestly, because I know it’s going to be chest up. I might as well be comfortable! That’s one good thing about this: I want to take advantage of the fact that I can not have stress about what I’m wearing and what I’m going to say about it and is it age-appropriate and blah, blah, blah, all of the stressful things that go on in my head.”

Eden added, “Seventy percent of the pressure I feel and the stress that I feel on the actual day of the Emmys is my presentation and my look, which is stupid, because that’s not what it should be about at all – but it is, there’s no denying that it is. And it’s hard because I feel like I am at a weird age for clothing because I want to look a certain way and be mature, but not overdoing the maturity aspect. I’m always like, ‘Is this going to be a hit or miss?’ because I’m on the older teenager side of things now. But I don’t have to worry about any of that this year! And that’s awesome! So, yeah, I’ll probably be in jeans and a nice top and call it a day. I mean, I’m going to be presentable, I am going to have my hair and makeup done, but I’m not going to overdo it.”
