ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal good intentions are going very bad. We honestly can’t believe the levels that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) went to in their effort to “do the right thing.” And it’s a story completely built on faulty reasoning. Let’s take a look at what happened and why we’re not sure about this one.

We’re still questioning the brilliance of Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) these days. Don’t get us wrong; we love the character a lot. She’s got a great attitude and she handled herself brilliantly in several recent situations. However, we’ve talked before about how illogical her idea of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) marrying Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is. It’s short-sighted of her to offer the idea, much less not consider this would be a point of contention in court. But there’s a lot more than that wrong with this idea.

This week, we saw Sasha and Chase enact a plan to get those two together, despite the fact Willow had decided she could never go through with this marriage plan, as she loves Chase. They actually set up a compromising situation for Willow to walk in on. It was a pathetic display. Although, we’ll be fair here. It’s 100% reasonable in our mind for Willow to buy into this. She just got a massive shock. However, if she doesn’t start to wonder later, we’ll think she’s got some serious problems. But there’s someone we’re even more concerned about.
That would be Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). See, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sasha was the one who wanted Willow and Michael to marry to start with. She’s been all about making sure Michael gets full custody, as he wants. She was even willing to forget about not being ready for a kid and a husband for that. At least, she was until Diane pointed out why she’s a bad choice. She’s also been the one pushing the idea the hardest, outside of Diane. So for Michael to 100% believe they’re having an affair is iffy to us. Michael grew up in the Corinthos family, as well as the Quartermaines. He should be able to smell BS from a lot further away. At least enough to wonder.
Instead, we saw him rush to the apartment and give Chase a piece of his mind for doing that to Willow, and to him. He also was nasty to Sasha. He’s usually level-headed and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) pointed out how he’s a planner. He strategizes. The timing and parties involved should tell him something.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: One possibility
There’s one option we’d accept for Michael’s blind acceptance of what’s going on. We think that on some level, he does know what’s going on. And he’s willfully ignoring the possibility because the lie works best for his and Wiley’s interests. We also think he the bonding over Wiley could have already stirred some unconscious feelings for Willow, and this is the excuse to go for it, no fault. No blame. Tune in to see how things play out. Our bets are on a long-term, if not permanent couple swap.
