ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the week of December 19 reveal the holidays are here in Port Charles. While we’ll see a lot of celebration going on, there’s also going to be some drama. And what would a holiday in a soap be without that, are we right? Here’s what you need to know.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: ‘Tis the season for dysfunction
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal the holidays can be a fun, joyful time. Of course, when family is involved, there’s also the potential for some major drama. And we don’t think there is any family that can bring that better than the Cassadines. And Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) wins the promo for pointing it out. We’re looking forward to seeing how this all goes.
After all, we’ve got an uncle who’s hatching some diabolical plan, a father who is expecting a baby with his son’s crazy ex, a divorce in the works, blackmail, and a little murder investigation to top it all off. We don’t know about you, but we’re feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. And let’s not forget some secret from the past that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is wondering about.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The lighter side?
As for other families in this town, it’s looking good so far for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Her family is all gathered together, and her best friend, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), is also there. We’re sure they’ll all be going their best to make things as enjoyable for Trina as possible, given the loss she just experienced. However, we wonder how long any good vibes will last. We’ve still got Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) hiding things from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for one. And in the promo, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) arrives at the door. We’d like to tell Spencer this probably isn’t the best time, but this is Spencer. He’s likely not to listen. But we do believe he’ll genuinely want to help Trina, even if he doesn’t realize how his presence might hurt.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Elsewhere
As for other things to look out for this week, it looks like we’ll see Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) handywork, as a group is gathered outside to enjoy the decorations.
Then there’s Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) apparently has news for him. Is he getting a Christmas miracle and being put back on the force, or will Chase be looking for a purpose in the new year? We’ll see.
