Former star of ‘General Hospital’ Jack Wagner (Frisco Jones) has spoken out following the tragic death of his son Harrison Wagner.

ABC ‘General Hospital’: Jack Wagner (Frisco Jones) Speaks Out Following His 27-Year-Old Son Harrison’s Tragic Death

The news of his death occurred last month, which was a shock to say the least, especially since Harrison was only 27-years-old. Therefore, it was clear that he went way before his time with his whole future to look forward to.

Not only that, but Harrison happened to be found dead in a parking lot. Thereafter, Jack allegedly claimed that his son had been battling with addiction, something that ultimately got the better of him. With that being said, Jack wanted to thank all those who had sent their best wishes to him and the wider family.

In a post to his fans on Instagram, Jack said: “Thank you all so much for the love and kindness that you’ve sent. I can’t tell you how much it’s meant to me. Hopefully it will make you laugh and we can enjoy it together.

“And again thank you so much for the love and support you’ve sent me,…huge…sending it right back to you, so we’ll be in touch.” Despite the clear heartbreak, Harrison’s death was not in vain. It is claimed that his parents created ‘The Harrison Wagner Scholarship Fund.’

This was designed to help other young people overcome their addiction to the point where they could make a success of their lives. In a statement given on behalf of the organization, a representative said the following: “We are heartbroken that he ultimately lost his battle with addiction.

“And we hope that Harrison’s memory will live on through this scholarship and will help other young men get help for their addiction that would not otherwise be able to afford it.”

Hopefully, with time, Jack and the family are able to heal from this. And the fans will be there to support them every step of the way. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
