A juror in the Depp v. Heard defamation trial says that they weren’t buying what they were being sold from Amber’s emotional claims. The anonymous juror spoke to ‘GMA’ Thursday saying that the official ruling had no way been ruled that way because of Depp’s ‘star status’, as Heard wants people to believe.
The juror instead said that the rest of the jurors were ‘uncomfortable’ by Heard’s dramatic outburst and they just didn’t buy anything of it saying, “The crying, the facial expressions, the staring at the jury, all of us were very uncomfortable.”

He went on to say that Heard felt more like the instigator and aggressor than she did the victim, “A lot of her story didn’t add up. The majority of the jury felt that she was the aggressor. She would answer one question and she would be crying and two seconds later she would turn ice cold.”
While it seemed pretty obvious that Depp and Heard were both abusive to each other and it was an abusive relationship, it felt like Depp was much more truthful and seemed more real in his responses, “he just seemed a little more real in terms of how he was responding to questions. His emotional state was very stable throughout.”
As for Heard claiming that social media and Depp’s star status were the reasons why he won the trial, the juror claimed that at least 3 of the 7 jurors didn’t even use Facebook, Twitter or other social media sites and that it was Heard’s own testimony and claims that made the jury believe what they did.
