‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers finds that star Jacklyn Zeman (Bobbie) recently opened up about how she has kept busy during the coronavirus quarantine while also sharing her best tips on how to relieve stress. Seeing how we are all living during very challenging times right now, we can sure use all of the advice we can get, right? Here’s what she has to say.
Knowing how active Jacklyn is, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that she has been keeping very fit. “Exercise is important,” the actress told Soaps in Depth in a new interview. “Especially now, as we are all navigating these unexpected and challenging times. We are physically and emotionally adjusting to our ‘new normal.’

“Exercise benefits the body, mind, and spirit,” she continued. “It reduces stress, and it can be enjoyed privately by going solo for a walk or a run to decompress and rejuvenate. Exercise can also be an opportunity to connect and share time and space with a family member or friend. I am walking and hiking every day — sometimes alone, sometimes on my phone and sometimes with my family or a friend. Fresh air and sunshine will revitalize you. It makes me feel free and strong and happy.”
With that said though, Jacklyn wants to make sure everyone – including all of her loyal ‘General Hospital’ fans who have stood by her side throughout the years – remain safe as the coronavirus continues to be a threat in many parts of the country.
“Please remember to respect the social-distancing guidelines that we have been given,” Zeman urged. “We are truly all in this together, so we must take good care of ourselves and one another. This ‘stay-at-home’ chapter will be over soon. Until then, my prayers, positive thoughts, and God bless everyone as we move forward.”
