British Royal Family News suggests that Prince Harry was obsessed with his future wife Meghan Markle from the moment that he first laid eyes on her. According to the book, Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, it didn’t take very long for the prince and the Hollywood actress to click, fall in love, get engage, marry, and of course, be where they are today.
The book says that Meghan was newly single following a two year relationship when she took a trip to London to apparently find “a nice English gentleman to flirt with.” British fashion designer and mutual friend Misha Nonoo was the first to introduce Harry and Meghan to one another.

One friend said, “Harry knew they would be together at that point… She was ticking every box fast.”
It didn’t take very long for the two to exchange phone numbers and before Meghan knew it, she was being whisked away to none other than Botswana for their third date. It was an unforgettable trip for both Harry and Meghan, who both knew at that moment that they were definitely falling in love.
“Her phone was full of photos—the nature they had seen, candid snaps of herself, and selfies with Harry,” the authors revealed, as a source confirmed, “they would have happily spent the entire summer there together.”
Things only got better after that. Of the Botswana trip, a friend revealed to the co-authors, “Technically the getaway was just their third date… but by then, they were each already dancing around the idea that this just may be a forever thing.”
Prince Harry ended up proposing to Meghan Markle in November of 2017 and the couple got married in May of 2018. Earlier this year, they cut the cord on their working relationship with the royal family and have since packed their bags and moved to Los Angeles from London to start a new life together.
