At the same time, he’s been promoting his recent autobiography, which also chronicles his struggle as well as his experiences in the entertainment industry and more.

But the main focus of the video was about encouraging people to get help. He called the video “Choose Life” and marked Suicide Prevention Month. He talked about how some random sports news led him to choose this particular topic, and you can see how passionate he is about helping.
Citing a long list of people from different backgrounds and levels of fame, he talked about how if there was one good thing about some of these tragedies, it’s the light it’s shone on mental health.
