Recently, he’d shared a post about co-star and on-screen wife Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos). It related to his upcoming memoir, and talked about the tough times they had initially. Things eventually settled into a great situation, but now he’s showing love for the new generation. Here’s what you need to know.

Earlier this year, the show introduced us to Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab). Dev’s a young Turkish boy Sonny encounters while searching for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Their relationship got off to a rough start, with Dev stealing from the humble coffee importer. But he soon turned things around by saving Sonny and Dante from certain death. That seemed to be the end of the road, but there was more in store for this character. But it hasn’t always been easy.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers say Sonny and Carly have been at odds about how to handle the teenager’s presence. However, Sonny’s stuck to his guns. He believes a debt’s owed, and he intends to pay. Soon, Dev was made an “official” part of the family when Sonny got paperwork claiming he’s a Corbin cousin. Their chemistry is fun to watch, and we think the character and actor has a lot of potential. Apparently, so does Maurice.

Recently, Maurice posting a picture of the two on Instagram. Bernard’s trademark serious look is on full display as he hugs Arbab. The younger actor looks amused. Bernard captioned the snapshot, “I love working and helping the young actors-Sometimes they get out of hand, but most of the time they’re fantastic. Nothing is more rewarding for me.” The picture earned over 14,000 likes on the social media site. Fans loved the picture, which many of them expressing their adoration for both actors.
One said they believed Arbab will really go places, while another compared him to Stone Cates (Michael Sutton). Still another fan hopes that the character would turn out to be Sonny’s long-lost son with Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil). While we’re not sure about that one, there is certainly a case to be made. Sonny bonding quickly with the teenager, for one. Not only that, but he’s risked a lot just to keep Dev there, something that seems a bit above and beyond in the gratitude department. Finally, he has mentioned more than once Dev reminds him of himself. Will the writers surprise us? We’ll have to wait and see.
