ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks doesn’t want to stir the pot with his love rival in Port Charles. Here’s what you need to know.
In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, Ingo Rademacher, who plays Jasper Jacks on the highly-rated ABC soap, says that if there’s one thing that he doesn’t want to do, it’s disrupt any harmony that might be in the Corinthos household right now between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his ex-wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) even though there is a possibility that he might still have feeling s for her.

Now, given all of their history, it seem like it would be hard for Jax to accept the fact that Carly has moved on with a person like Sonny but according to Ingo, his character really doesn’t have a choice. He told the publication, “If Carly, the mother of my daughter, wants to marry him, then Jax, I guess, in a way is very rational when it comes to things like that. It’s like, ‘Okay, what would I gain to fight? I’m not going to get custody of my daughter. That’s never going to happen. There’s nothing I can do.’ I mean, think about it. What would you do?”
Ingo went on to say that the best thing Jax can do right now is avoid stirring the pot. That, and just wait until destiny does its thing, so to speak.
He continued, “A custody fight wouldn’t work. He would never get custody away from the mother, so that would just stir things up. There’s no reason for it. The only thing he can do is just try to get along with Sonny because of the choices that his ex-wife, Carly, has made. I think he’s a good guy not to stir things up too badly. The chemistry with all of us is so strong. I think there could be a really interesting story for Laura [Wright, Carly] and Maurice [Benard, Sonny] and me — and, of course, with Cynthia, as well.”
