ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal the wait is finally over! After over two months of repeat episodes, new content is on the way.
We imagine all the episodes this week are saved content that they waited to put out until the cast came back to work. How long until we see what GH looks like post-shut down? We’ll have to wait and see. But we do have some news about what’s in store beginning the week of August 3rd.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The mob war
Let’s quickly refresh on where we left off. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) had moved in on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) territory for a very personal reason. Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) and her team had resorted to manufacturing evidence, since Cyrus was too careful to leave anything real behind to use.
Eventually, he’d kidnapped T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) so Jordan would have to do his bidding. Unfortunately, the whole situation left Jordan in a precarious position. Mac Scorpio (John J. York) had found clues that could eventually lead to the truth about her connection to Cyrus.
Last we saw them, Sonny and Cyrus supposedly made a deal. However, each one is secretly planning to take out the other. We honestly don’t know why Sonny thinks he’s going to succeed in making Cyrus comfortable. But it could be a dangerous mistake. And the trouble might be closer than he realizes.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Playing both sides?
Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is a newer character. General Hospital spoilers reveal he popped up right after Cyrus’ initial attack and saved Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) life. They kept him around partly to make Dev Corbin (Ashton Arbab) look more legit, and partially because Sonny feels a debt to Brando for what he did. He might regret that.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease there will be a meeting between Brando and Cyrus. Actually, Brando will have one with Sonny as well, and only a day apart. Is he working for the enemy, or are we seeing Cyrus making a move against someone connected with his enemy? We’ll have to wait and see.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: More bystanders?
Related to this, we’ll also see Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) have an uncomfortable encounter. Could Cyrus be making the rounds of his enemies?
She was connected to Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) and there was some tension over him being around the Robinson women before filming ended. Plus, Cyrus likes to make himself comfortable where he’s not welcome.
