TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days’ spoilers finds that Yolanda Leak from the show was pulling on all of our respective heartstrings this season. She was just a good girl from Las Vegas who had only been with one man all of her life (arguably, he was a con man and he died in prison, but that’s neither here nor there) and now she was being strung along by this guy, called “The Williams” who said he was from Manchester, England but was actually from Nigeria. However, a new set of screenshots has emerged from The Williams, AKA, Uche, from Nigeria telling quite a different story. As it turns out, Williams, may not be such a catfish after all and Yolanda may have just set up her own fake story for TV.
From the looks of these screenshots, Yolanda is trying to talk a man named Uche, into being on Before the 90 days with her. He does not seem impressed and says “Are you kidding me?” when she says that she’s nervous to start filming. Of not seeing his real face, at one point during the conversation she says “Why do you think I unblocked you? Why do you think I video chatted with you so I could see your real face? I missed you.” which implies that Yolanda knew what he looked like all along and she wasn’t that stupid when she saw those pictures of that male model, in fact I wouldn’t be surprised if she dug up those pictures herself and just said Williams sent those to her.

While I was willing to give Yolanda the benefit of the doubt initially, and I felt sorry for her, now that I see these screenshots I must admit my opinion has changed quite a bit. I don’t think that she’s just a woman of a certain age who fell in love with a much younger guy and got catfished, I think she’s a crafty woman of a certain age who saw Before the 90 days as a way to get some publicity for her diet book and went on it just as a way of self-promotion. In the last part of the text conversation, she seems to be bullying “Williams” about being upset about the things that online bloggers have said about them saying that they say much worse things about her sons and that he basically needs to be a man like they are and let it roll off his back. I don’t think that’s very fair to Williams, but we shall see how the rest of this drama unfolds. Stay tuned!!!
