First, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) celebrate their anniversary. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal we still think they were smart to basically do a quickie ceremony without any major planning. It’s definitely helped them escape the Wedding Curse for the most part. As they mark a new year of marriage, we’ll likely see them reminiscing about past weddings and other adventures. And they might just have their daughter on their mind as well, considering she’s supposed to be setting a trap right now.

Elsewhere, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) wish Jeremy well. We’ll see if they believe in Jeremy’s innocence as much as Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) does, or if they’re just hoping he’s innocent and things work out wherever he ends up. Is this the end of Jeremy for the foreseeable future, or will he return at some point when the real culprit is found? We’ll see. Because we’re pretty sure it’s not him that is stalking Stephanie, no matter how bad it’s looked at times for him.
What we know for sure is, they better hope they’re believes in his innocence. Otherwise, we’ll be subjected to more ranting and pouting. Sure, we understand the guy is obviously not going to be happy about the accusations, but he has to understand why people would maybe wonder. Especially with that evidence that showed up.

We’re so glad that he ended up choosing to leave to have alone time with the kids and get away from it all for little while, rather than moving for good to appease everyone. And we’ll see Chad make the rounds some more as he says his goodbyes. One of those stops will be to his wife’s grave, so get ready for an emotional performance.
