‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the week of December 1st to 5th, Victor Newman (Eric Braden) will confront Matt Clark, aka Mitch Bacall (Roger Howarth), at the Shadow Room in Los Angeles.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Will Issue Matt a Warning
“Well, I’ll be damned, Matt Clark,”
Victor will declare when he sees Matt back from the dead. Of course, Victor will have a plan to deal with Matt, since he’s a threat to his family.

Victor warns Matt that by messing with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams), he’s messing with him. We all know no one messes with the Great Victor Newman.
Obviously, Matt will insist that Noah is the enemy since he’s sleeping with his wife, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). However, Victor won’t give a hoot.
Nick, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), and Victor all know that Matt was the one who ran Noah off the road. Matt caused his near-fatal accident, and Noah ended up in a coma.

When he woke up, Nick tried to tell his son that Matt was a very dangerous guy. Noah didn’t believe him at first.
Then, Noah went to see “Mitch” at the club, and the scorned husband finally divulged to Noah that he knew that he was carrying on an affair with his wife, Sienna.
It was strange how, at first, Matt acted all buddy-buddy and jovial with Noah before he admitted he knew about the affair and told Noah he felt he had betrayed him.
When Matt dropped the bomb, Noah was visibly shocked. It’s evident that Matt is a schemer and planned to lay the news on him in the most terrifying way imaginable.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Noah Now Knows Matt Is a Bad Dude
It soon became clear to Noah that Matt was responsible for his crash and was seeking revenge. Noah had no idea that Matt even knew that he was boinking his wife. Noah even felt guilty for a minute since he thought Matt was such a good guy.
Victor will either have Matt backed into a corner with no way out, or he’ll simply have someone kill him. When it comes to his family, Victor doesn’t play games.
We suspect he may also play a significant role in having Matt’s club shut down since he’s using it as a front to sell the hazardous drug, fentanyl.

Victor has great power and influence. It wouldn’t come as a surprise if Victor had Matt busted for drug trafficking and had the Shadow Room permanently closed.
Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) and Detective Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresege) have been investigating the influx of the drug, and Matt may soon have to face justice.
Plus, Matt also had Noah and Sienna trapped together and has possibly also drugged Noah. We know that Sienna will eventually return to Genoa City with Noah once they are found, as they continue their relationship.
Matt is only supposed to be on the Y&R canvas for a short time. Unfortunately, fans will lose the incredible talent that is Roger Howarth, but someone will likely take Matt down. Why not Victor?
