General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 20 reveal Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) breaks big news. Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) confides in Ava Jerome (Maura West). Plus, the big vote is upon us. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 20: He what?
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) won’t like this. Kai tells Trina about the internship offer Drew gave him. She mentioned having to bite her tongue a lot when it comes to Drew, but we think this might just be the last straw. She already hates Drew for getting Kai’s hopes up and wants him nowhere near Drew. This is a big time commitment that will have him closely working with Drew, and we’re sure Trina will be worried about the influence that could have on Kai. And what Drew could end up getting Kai mixed up in.

In other news, Ava offers counsel to Nina. In the promo, Nina talks about something being worse than she than she feared. We assume she’s talking about the custody case and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) had a breakdown in court. And then went home with the guy that is helping to mess up her life.
However, this could also be about something more. Teasers say Willow makes an announcement, so might she be accepting that proposal? Nina would definitely see that as a horrible thing.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 20: Decision time
Elsewhere, the Measure C vote must be about to happen. There’s a clip of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) talking. She tells him, “Today’s the day of reckoning. Nothing you can do about it.” We’re sort of hoping Sonny wins this, but we’ll see. Obviously, that would weaken Sonny and give Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) what he wants—Sonny out of the way. Say what one will about Sonny, but Port Charles would be far better off with Sonny in power than Sidwell.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 20: Deal?
Finally, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) feels cornered. Based on the promo, it seems she might be willing to give in to Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) offer after all. While she won’t like Drew having the family name, we suppose it’s better than going away for a drugging she had nothing to do with. And with the wording of that teaser, it sounds like the frame job could hold up.
