‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers suggest that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) may be trying to frame Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) for her uncle EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooting.

Fans have a theory that Rachel was the one who pulled the trigger, as the soap appears to be focusing on Rachel being frightened and traumatized.
Rachel even had to excuse herself from her birthday party as she seemed uncomfortable when EJ said that his shooter was still out there.
The little girl asked to go to bed early. Since when does a child make a hasty exit from their birthday party before opening their gifts?
Later, Rachel ran downstairs crying and fell into her mother, Kristen DiMera’s (Stacey Haiduk) arms. Rachel explained that she had a nightmare about hearing a gunshot, and her bad dream visibly shook her.
Rachel told Kristen she saw Johnny come into the mansion and point a gun at EJ, and she heard the two of them arguing.
However, Rachel callously said EJ deserved to get shot. Rachel could have shot EJ in revenge for taking her grandmother, Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle), away from her.
As the daughter of the cunning and calculated Kristen DiMera, Rachel could very well be attempting to pin the crime on Johnny, but maybe he’s not the one who shot EJ.
Rachel has always been a bit of a brat. She’s also crafty, like Kristen. As they say, “Like mother, like daughter.” Despite her shortcomings, Kristen has made a genuine effort to help Rachel become a better person.
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen have Rachel in therapy. Kristen has always attempted to steer Rachel away from becoming more like her.
However, Rachel is still the same little girl who drove her father’s girlfriends, Chloe Lane (Nadja Borlin) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) away. She thought they were obstacles in the way of her mom and dad getting back together.

Rachel has manipulated her parents in the past, and she may be doing so again now. Rachel recently visited the hospital due to a stomach ache. When she saw Johnny, she acted strangely and wasn’t her usual jovial self with him.
Perhaps she’s smart enough to act like she’s afraid of Johnny. This way, no one will suspect she’s the one who shot EJ.
When Kristen informed EJ that Rachel saw Johnny pointing a gun at him, EJ insisted that Kristen keep her mouth shut.
EJ is scrambling, trying to cover for his son, but what if Kristen and Brady encourage Rachel to tell the police what she witnessed?
When Brady suggested that Rachel talk to the Salem PD, Kristen refused to allow her daughter to get involved, as she’d have to testify in court.
As a protective mother, Kristen wouldn’t want to see her daughter traumatized any further. However, Kristen made a deal with EJ that neither she nor Rachel would say anything if he divulged her mother’s whereabouts.
EJ agreed, but we all know EJ doesn’t want to be implicated in various crimes. Fans recall he hired an imposter, Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering), to pose as Rafe Hernadez (Galen Gering) in a scheme to win back his job as DA. He kidnapped Rafe and held him hostage at Aremid.
What if EJ changes his mind and doesn’t hold up his end of the deal, and Johnny is arrested? Johnny could very well be blamed for something he didn’t do.
We predict that Johnny may soon end up in serious trouble. If Kristen does find out the truth, how far would she go to protect her daughter?
