First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Laura brings news to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Does this mean their project is a go? It’s looking good. In the promo, she wants to know how he got around Drew. We assume he’ll mention his own new connection and how he made it clear Drew was not going to act in Port Charles’ better interest if he got on that committee. Of course, we don’t think Laura and Curtis should start celebrating just yet. More on that later.

Elsewhere, Carly lashes out. This must be where she learns about Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) moving in with Drew. In the promo, she says, “That’s pushing Michael (Corinthos, last played by Chad Duell) too far.” And she’s right. It’s completely inappropriate and disrespectful to just move Michael’s kids in with the other man while Michael is recovering. Especially when Willow has already admitted they don’t know mom and dad broke up. Plus, she’s still wearing Michael’s ring. So, we believe her first instinct in turning Drew down was correct.
If she really cares for Michael, she’d wait until he’s recovered and speak to him about it first. Then, work out how to tell the kids about it.

So, remember when we mentioned Laura and Curtis shouldn’t celebrate too soon? Well, that’s because Portia is threatened. Of course, it’s Drew who does the threatening. He’ll promises her there is nothing that’s happened her help can’t fix. Right. We think the pair has different definitions of what “fix” means.
Obviously, armed with the information from Selina Wu (Lydia Look), he’s going to blackmail her to help him. Which will likely either mean feeding him information or using her influence with Curtis to make sure he does things Drew wants. Which might just mean changes to the Esplanade. We’ll see if Portia is willing to basically backstab Curtis to protect her career. If she’s smart, she’ll take the fall because we doubt Curtis will forgive another betrayal after she lied about Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) paternity.
