First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Lulu Spencer gets a terminal diagnosis. We’re not sure that will stick, though. Previous actress Emme Rylan mentioned they were recasting the role. It’s strange to think they’d do that just to kill the character off.
Whatever the exact diagnosis is, we know it has to do with the liver, and we’re guessing she’ll need a transplant. On Monday, August 26, Laura will be shocked and devastated by the news, but she’ll also be angry. In the promo for the episode, she asks how the doctors missed this. The situation will lead to two other things this week.

So, it’s been a minute since we saw Nikolas. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Laura pays her son visit the week of Monday, August 26 to Friday, August 30. Obviously, she’ll share the bad news about his sister. However, there will likely be more.
We weren’t watching back then, but we’ve seen plenty of people mentioning how Nikolas was a match for Lulu when she had another medical crisis. So, we assume the idea of his possibly donating to her now will come up in their visit. We’ll see if they repeat history, or if another donor has to step up.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For the Week of Monday, August 26 to Friday, August 30: Call me Lucky
Finally, let’s talk about Lucky. Laura will want to get in touch with him. That will be tough, though, as someone’s holding him hostage. We get the impression whoever is holding him isn’t the mastermind behind this disappearance. The man with Lucky wants to know who he is. Lucky will respond with, “Call me Lucky.”
We’re curious to see what kind of mess he’s managed to get into here. Is this really a kidnapping, or does Lucky have some scheme he’s pulling that required this? It’s also interesting to us that the writers might have brought back a point from a while ago.
At one point, Laura was warned that her son was in danger. She, believing Nikolas was dead at the time, automatically thought of Lucky. While he was okay at the time, what if that psychic tuned into something yet to come, only got confused and thought it was a current situation? We’ll see.
