‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re set to kick off a new week with some fun spoilery goodies.
Monday, July 29 looks like it’s going to be a fun character building episode. There’s going to be the usual mental health storylines as well as some more relationship drama.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is sure there’s something Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) aren’t telling them.
He’ll approach Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) about getting everyone together and she’ll be on the defensive. It looks like she suspects something but doesn’t want to push it.
Meanwhile, Adam and Chelsea will get some good news. Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is making progress and will be on an outpatient basis. Meaning he’s coming home.

Bill is worried about Adam causing Chelsea to spin out of control, and he’s not entirely wrong. Though to be fair, it’s not all on Adam as she’s just as guilty.
But it’s hard to let go of a years long grudge, and Billy will ask Sally about the four of them sitting down and talking.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think she knows something is wrong but is afraid of making it worse.
If they confront Adam and Chelsea, her nightmare could be proven right and she doesn’t want that. Instead, she’ll accuse Billy of trying to turn her against Adam.
There is a chance she fully believes Billy is being nefarious, especially after her past endeavors.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Monday, July 29: Connor’s coming home!
To the joy of fans everywhere, one of the show’s mental health storylines appears to be nearing the end.
Connor has been getting better and is able to control his OCD more and he’s not as inclined to hurt himself.
The fact he’s being switched to out patient care and come home is great, but what is he returning to?
His OCD told him he was responsible for his mom’s break a few years back.
So how will he react to news that she and Billy could be breaking up because of her and Adam’s actions while visiting him?
It’s not his fault, but he may view it that way and it could set his recovery back.
This is something no one wants to happen, especially given the constant run of mental health storylines.
