‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to close the week out in style.
There are going to be some strategy sessions taking place and big decisions looming.
Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) will be happy she got what she wanted while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will continue advising her.
For his part, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will try to manipulate Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) into spying on Summer while he’s gone, but that’ll hit a snag.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will admit to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that she really wants Chancellor. She feels it’ll be an homage to Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) for being her friend, idol, and mentor.
Will Nikki’s desire swing Victoria’s decision to warn Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is coming for him?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Friday, July 26: All out war
Summer couldn’t ask for a better strategist in her custody battle with Kyle. Phyllis will always put her daughter before anyone else, and she’ll instruct her well.
She’ll check to make sure Summer is okay with what’s happening. And then she’ll make sure she knows to document everything Kyle says or does.
Speaking of Kyle, he’s going to continue his own brand of manipulation as he’ll make Summer out to be the evil of all evil.
He’ll keep pushing is innocent whoa is me schtick while ignoring he’s just as bad. In doing so, he’ll try to convince Claire to spy on Summer while he’s gone.
He’s so paranoid she’ll turn their son against him or take off or whatever, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect him to blow the job in Paris.
He’ll be way too distracted.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Friday, July 26: Nikki wants it
Victoria will be on the fence on whether she should warn Billy about Victor coming for him or not.
She’ll point out that Billy’s becoming the man Victor always wanted him to be, and Victor wants to crush him.
But she’ll want to know if her mom wants the company or not.
For Nikki, Victor dangled the ultimate carrot in front of her. Katherine was her mentor and friend. She taught Nikki everything she knows and Nikki wants to pay homage to her.
That will be enough for Victoria to decided not to warn Billy. But she’ll be comforted to know she thinks Victor’s underestimating Billy.
