Meghan Markle just wrapped up filming for her new cooking show on Netflix, which coincides with her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard.
The Show Was Filmed On A Property Two Miles From Their Home
The show hasn’t received a title or air date, but fans can expect the Duchess to utilize her show to
“celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertainment, and friendship,”
at least that’s the promise the couple has made in their press release.
The long-anticipated show is part of Prince Harry and Meghan’s multi-million dollar deal with Netflix. The streaming giant has been unimpressed with the Sussexes’ offerings, except for their docuseries, “Harry and Meghan.”
The last we heard about Harry and Meghan’s upcoming projects for Netflix, the Duchess spouted what amounts to puffed-up gibberish while being interviewed on the red carpet at Variety’s Power of Women.
“(We’re working on) things that make people feel, I was going to say good, but its more than that. Things that make people feel something. And feel a sense of community,”
She exclaimed.
“We have so many exciting things on the slate. I can’t wait until we can announce them. Just really proud of what we’re creating, my husband is loving it too.”
We have not seen anything new Harry and Meghan have “created” for Netflix. The Duchess talks a good game, but much of the time, she’s full of hot air.
Meghan filmed her show at a residential property just two miles from their mansion in Montecito, where she lives with Harry and their two children, Archie and Lilibet.
The ARO Product List Meghan Markle Put Together Is Bizarre
A film permit acquired by the Daily Mail demonstrated that filming occurred in two locations. It was confirmed that the property where most of the show was filmed was the home of Tom and Sherrie Cipolla,
The Cipollas are wealthy socialites and generous donors to numerous charities. One is the Storyteller Center, a therapeutic preschool that provides top-quality early childhood education to kids dealing with challenges or hardships.
Tom and Sherrie have held numerous fundraisers at the same home where Meghan filmed her cooking show. They also own several properties worth millions of dollars.
Michael Steed, who directed Anthony Bourdain’s “Parts Unknown,” will direct the show. Selena Gomez’s HBO cooking show showrunner is also involved with the project.
Will Meghan Markle Feature Top Chefs On Her Show?
Rumors are swirling that Meghan Markle invited some of the world’s top chefs to prepare food on her show. She aspires to be the next Martha Stewart. However, much like the couple’s many “exciting projects,” we have yet to see the results. Just a few jars of jam sent to random high-profile friends of hers.
The endless list of products that will be available under her new lifestyle brand is bizarre. The trademark application includes home décor, yoga mats and equipment, soaps, perfume, body lotion, body gel, skincare, stationary, pet accessories, wallpaper, beach towels, party supplies, craft beads, jams, jellies, and more.
Meghan Markle will release rosé wine as her first product. It will be for sale to the public through American Riviera Orchards.
After a string of several failed projects and disappointments for the couple, Harry and Meghan are desperate for money, a renewed Netflix contract, and success with Meghan’s American Riviera Orchard lifestyle brand.
