Drew played a crucial role in saving Willow’s life after he went to Greenland to bring Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) home so that Willow could have her bone marrow transplant.
There may be another reason Willow chose a different career path after working hard and studying to become a nurse.
Willow agreed to work for Drew’s non-profit, New Tomorrow, which facilitates bone marrow transplants. Willow will work more closely with Drew, which could lead to more.
Even though Willow is happily married to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), she could also have romantic feelings for Drew but doesn’t know it yet.
Willow has a special place in her heart for Drew after what he did for her. The two of them also feel comfortable confiding in each other.
Willow and Drew recently spent time at the Metro Court pool, helping to teach Amelia Corinthos (Owen and Nathan Ford) to swim.
They obviously have a connection, which goes beyond the strictly physical relationship that her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Drew secretly have.
Willow and Drew could hook up if they get caught up in the moment and share a kiss. Drew and Nina routinely have hate sex in her office after a mutually arousing round of senseless arguing.

However, ever since the first time these two “rug burn buddies” laid bare on the office carpet, Drew has softened toward Nina and vice versa.
Neither of them wants to admit it, but they may have some feelings there. It wouldn’t be the first time that hatred has turned to love.
Imagine the storyline possibilities if Willow and Nina shared the same man. It would be even better if Drew, Nina, and Willow worked together. It would be the perfect soapy triangle.
There are so many different ways it could go. A triangle could create suspense and intrigue, as mother and daughter are desperate to hide the truth from each other, neither knowing the other is sneaking around.
Would Willow and Nina ever be able to repair their relationship, which is already on shaky ground? Would Willow feel like she owed her mother an apology? Would Michael find out? How would the fallout affect Drew’s relationship with both women?
Another possibility could be the answer to Nina’s prayers. If Willow and Michael ended their marriage over the affair, would Willow and the kids be more available to her?
Nina might be able to spend more time building a relationship with her family without Michael. Of course, Drew would also have to choose.
However, Nina would probably smack Drew in the face for pursuing that kind of relationship with her semi-estranged daughter.
Drew may have had good intentions in giving Willow this job opportunity, but it could be a disaster in the soapiest way possible.
