    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava’s Plans Become Clear as She Seeks Carly’s Position as the Power Behind Sonny’s Throne

    Well, it looks like Ava Jerome (Maura West)’s visit to see Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was fruitful for us as ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers now understand what angle she’s working being Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)’s back.

    We’ve been thinking that she wanted to be the woman of power in Port Charles, but the way she’s been manipulating Sonny into isolating him from everyone screamed more abuse than anything.

    Granted, it wasn’t hard for her to do since his family and trusted one did turn on him. Nearly everyone betrayed him in some way and his actions in cutting them out aren’t due to his medication changing since it happened before that.

    Since Ava confided in Nikolas the real reason she’s with Sonny is to take Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)’s position and rub her nose in it makes sense, though it feel more like another victory to be handed to Carly for happening into the situation.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Ava’s past will haunt her

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers expects to happen is Ava will fall prey to her own past when Carly realizes Sonny’s medication must be off.

    Granted, Carly doing so by wondering why he thinks everyone turned on him is weak since they all did by betraying him or not trusting him and withholding information like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) did from the beginning when they were alone.

    But it’ll play into Ava switching with Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig)’s bi polar medication with placebos that preceded him dying in a car bombing that was meant for Julian Jerome (William deVry).

    Nikolas warned Ava that she needed to come clean with Sonny about what she found, but we expect her to want to keep quiet and solve the problem herself due to her past.

    Since the writers are attempting to make it sound like Sonny’s been off balance since Puerto Rico when he took Ava in to protect their daughter, we expect she’ll take the fall.

    Carly’s revelation will lead to Sonny discovering the truth and casting Ava out as she’ll be in the same pile as everyone else and it’ll cost her the chance to be the power behind the throne and she’ll lose out to Carly once again.

    We hope it won’t end with Sonny forgiving everyone since he has legitimate reasons to feel betrayed and everyone broke the trust with him, but it probably will and he and Carly wiil be back together.
