‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is forced to work for John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington), there’s one battle he isn’t afraid to fight, and it’s over Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jason Still Loves Carly
Jason may soon see that John and Carly are becoming close. He will realize he still has feelings for Carly just as John discovers he may carry a torch for her.
It will be similar to the one where Jason and Jagger fought over Karen Wexler (Cari Shayne) in high school. It may be familiar territory for them, and Jason won’t recognize it at first, but he will understand what it’s like to toss his pride to the side and fight for the woman he loves.
JaSam fans may not like it, but Jason and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) have both moved on from each other. Sam is with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and she’s furious with him for being away from their son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), for so long.
It looks like the one who truly has his heart is Carly. Only he doesn’t quite know it yet. Recently, Carly rescued John from two goons who were beating him and sat vigil by his side in his hotel room all night.
When Carly explained this to Jason, he was clearly not happy. He has yet to warn her about Jagger. However, knowing Carly, she wouldn’t listen.
It would only be until Jason admitted his feelings for her that she would consider backing down. Jason and Carly have a lot in common, which is part of the reason they are so drawn to each other.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jagger and Carly Have An Undeniable Spark
They are both attracted to danger and for Carly, John is dangerous. Carly doesn’t know whether John is blackmailing Jason to help him take Pikeman down or if she will be sent to prison.
Jagger and Carly appear to have a love/hate relationship in the works. Jason may become jealous if he sees them together, beyond just Jason worrying about Jagger targeting Carly. The other caveat is that Jagger and Sonny can’t stand one another.
Carly has had relationships with Sonny Corinthos’s enemies before. One good example of that was Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King).
Jason knows that Jagger’s endgame is taking down Pikeman. However, if Jagger gets to put Sonny away in the process, it’s icing on the cake for Agent Cates.
Jason and Carly also may not be able to be involved romantically as long as Sonny is in the picture. Jarly married in September 2021, or at least they thought they were married.
However, as soon as Sonny returned from Nixon Falls, Jason, and Carly, without saying one word to each other, went back to being “just friends.”
Jason took off his wedding ring and accepted that Sonny and Carly would pick up right where they left off. It was an unspoken agreement between the three of them.
But seeing as to how CarSon is on hiatus (for now, at least), could Jarly have a second chance at love? Or will John steal Carly from him the same way he stole Karen? Anything can happen…..
