‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are not finished retaliating against Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) for ratting them out to the SEC.
Drew wants payback badly, and who can blame him? He was unjustly sent to prison, beaten to a bloody pulp, and almost killed.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Drew Hired Carly to Take Nina’s Place at Crimson
Carly lost all her money when she had to pay back the SEC. She also nearly lost the happy home she raised her kids in. Drew and Carly scored a significant win when they booted Nina from her position at Crimson.
Many of us cheered and did the Snoopy dance when Drew declared that he already had a replacement for Nina, and Carly made her fierce entrance into Nina’s former office with that sly smile on her face.
Even though many fans would love to see Carly back with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who could deny that Drew and Carly make an incredible team?
This situation is karma for Nina. Carly is now the editor and chief of Crimson magazine, and Nina owns half of the Metro Court hotel. For now, anyway.
Carly has stated time and time again that she will get back everything she lost when Nina darkened her doorstep. We all know how determined and tenacious Carly is.
Drew will soon go to Carly with an offer to help her get back her half of the hotel. The two of them will hatch a plan to ensure the total downfall of Nina Reeves.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nina Buying the Hotel Was Carly’s Cosplay
Nina bought the hotel out of spite. She took Carly’s whole life. Her Carly cosplay act was simply done out of jealousy and malice. Nina claimed she purchased the hotel with the intent of selling it back to her.
Carly didn’t want anything from Nina, so Nina decided to keep the hotel. She could have sold it back to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), but her goal was not to return it.
Some fans think that Nina was planning on giving Carly back the hotel as a gesture. To play the “martyr” and do something for Carly so that everyone would forgive her and forget that she hid Sonny in Nixon Falls for six months while his family believed he was dead.
The true story is that Nina only tried to offer the hotel back to Carly after Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) found out about what Nina did to get revenge on Carly. He made Nina go to Carly with that offer. She never would have done it otherwise.
So, one could say that “turnabout is fair play.” Good guy Drew Cain is always at Carly’s side, ready to help her out with anything. He even went to prison for her.
Carly could receive the funds to repurchase the hotel and pay him back when she has the money. When she gets a hold of the hotel again, she must figure out how to keep all three of her businesses strong.
She must split herself three ways, as Carly will have Bobbie’s, Crimson’s, and the Metro Court Hotel. If anyone can do it, it’s Carly.
