    ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, December 18 to Friday, December 22 reveal a tradition is back once again, and this time, there’s a new addition. Meanwhile, we’ll see a family reunion. There will also be a toast we’re not sure is a good idea. Here’s what you need to know.

    First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal it’s yet again time for the Horton tree trimming. This year, Victoria’s ornament will be hung to mark her first Christmas. And it looks like everyone will be accepting Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) as part of the package.

    This will also bring Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) back into the picture, as he and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will be there to enjoy the moment.

    While they enjoy the celebration, Julie will reflect on how proud Tom and Alice Horton (John Lupton/ Frances Reid) would be of their legacy going on. We’re sure the fans will agree, as most can’t wait to see this annual tradition play out.

    As for Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien), she’ll get a surprise this year. It seems her big brother, Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) comes to town for the holiday.

    Whether this surprise visit will end up being a good or bad thing remains to be seen, given what she’s been up to. But she did seem happy to see him in the promo.

    Elsewhere, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal there will be another gathering the week of Monday, December 18 to Friday, December 22. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), and Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) gather.

    During the dinner, Steve toasts to another crazy year in Salem. Obviously, he’s got great intentions behind the gesture. However, we think a toast worded like that is tempting the Soap Gods to ramp things up in the new year. And considering the year they had, that would not be a good thing!

    Finally, there is Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa. It seems they’ll have some fun with Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann). She’ll ask if they just got a compliment from their son. Brady replies that it’s a Christmas miracle. We’re kind of going to miss Theresa when her run ends, because these three together are fun.
