If there’s one thing ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers love it’s the show’s with and humor. Sometimes it’s blatant and we can’t help but laugh, but other times it’s subtle and we’re probably supposed to side with the Salem institution.
The latter became a fun point when Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) made the huge mistake of not liking Roman Brady (Josh Taylor)’s famous clam chowder.
She was already in hot water for looking for justice for her parents against Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and this really put her on Roman’s stuffing list.
But things have changed. For now.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – What’s not to like?
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have to be honest in that we don’t know how anyone can’t like clam chowder. It’s just awesome, but to each their own.
For us it was a fun back and forth where Sloan made this egregious error in judgement in not liking the chowder and it seemed to put her on Roman’s unlikable list forever.
But she eventually earned his respect for making Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) happy, married him, and found a way to give him a son, which is really his too.
Not too shabby, but it also earned some grudging respect from Roman and he’s finally accepted her as part of Eric’s life and a member of the family.
He even seems to have forgiven her about not liking his chowder, but is that kind of thing ever really forgivable?
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – It’s going too well
Of course, Sloan has everything she wants ouot of life, so that means the wheels will start to come off, starting with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) spilling his guts to Nicole Walker (Arianna Zucker).
It won’t end there as he’ll also threaten to blackmail Sloan, but we’re guessing that means Nicole won’t believe him and will give him a solid right.
Unfortunately for Sloan, this will be the beginning of the end as Leo will use the information to try to get her to find a way to have Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) released from prison.
It’s going to get ugly before too long, and we have a feeling Roman will renege his goodwill and claim anyone that doesn’t like his chowder can’t be a good person and this will prove it.
