‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers are happy to see Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) learning from Tracy Quatermaine (Jane Elliot), and it’s for a good cause.
With everything that went down with Deception, Brook Lynn didn’t realize how rough things were until she overheard Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms)’s conversation and then talked to her.
Maxie put herself into major debt due to not being paid, and it looks like she still isn’t getting paid for one reason or another.
So, Brook Lynn tried to help her out and Maxie refused, so now it’s onto plan B.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Conning the master
Since Tracy has been wanting to take Brook Lynn under her wing and teach her everything she knows about business, Brook Lynn will use that to help Maxie out.
The thing about this is ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers don’t see how Brooke Lynn will be able to do this anytime in the near future without Tracy finding out and ripping her a new one.
So it’ll have to be the long game, or until Brook Lynn finds a way to send Maxie a pay check without Tracy knowing it.
For that we expect she’ll tap into her trust fund and use Deception to launder the money, so to speak. At least it’s not illegal.
But there will be some complications just like there always are.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – How much will Tracy let her get away with?
The biggest mistake Brook Lynn could make is assuming she’s pulling one over on Tracy. Tracy’s been around the block a few times and is extremely intelligent, so we suspect she knows what Brook Lynn is up to already.
So, she’ll give Brook Lynn some leeway to help her friend in a trade off for teaching her what she knows. ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers may be too generous to Tracy, but we think she’ll know she’ll have to give something to get something from Brook Lynn.
Still, there will come a time when Tracy will want payback for allowing her grand daughter to tweak things to her satisfaction, and that should be interesting.
We expect Brook Lynn will be both grateful and upset at being used and manipulated again, though in this case it’ll be more because she was caught and not as clever as she thought she was.
It’ll still be a good storyline and it’s always fun to see Tracy in action. We’ve gotten to see her softer side in recent months as we think that’ll continue as she deals with making sure her family will be okay going forward.
