‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers indicate that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is headed for a big shock. Some news is coming his way that will be difficult for him to accept. What will his reaction be and what will he do?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Aware of Her Feelings
GH’s Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) wants out. She’s been living with Spencer and his family, which includes his grandmother Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) and her husband Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom).
Spencer has wanted it this way so that he can help Esme take care of her baby, Ace Prince-Cassadine (Jay & Joey Clay), who is his biological brother.
Esme has appreciated the help and support and has needed it as a single mother. There has been a lot that she wasn’t prepared for and having all the extra hands has been great. But now she is ready to move out on her own.
Esme admits to Laura that the reason she really feels this way is that she is developing feelings for Spencer, and she needs to get away from that constant pressure.
She still has amnesia and doesn’t remember her past life but knows that she wasn’t trustworthy. This is probably one reason that Spencer wants her close, but that proximity is causing her to have feelings for him that she can’t have because he is in a relationship with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
‘General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer’s Reaction
GH’s Spoilers suggest that Spencer Cassadine may struggle to accept Esme’s decision to move out. He already got very upset when he learned that Esme took Ace to a pediatrician appointment without him. He wants to be involved in Ace’s life as much as possible.
Spencer doesn’t want Ace to feel neglected like Spencer did. Their father, Nicholas Cassadine (Adam Huss) has done a number on them both, and Spencer wants to try to alleviate that for his baby brother.
When Kevin points out that Spencer doesn’t have the right to demand anything where Ace is concerned because he isn’t Ace’s father, Spencer bristles.
For all intents and purposes, he is acting like Ace’s father, which is causing Esme a lot of difficulty. She is becoming attached to the man who is acting in that role.
