If there’s one thing ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers have learned about Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), it’s that she often doesn’t know what she’s doing.
We don’t mean that in a negative way… too much. She’s reactionary. She gets an idea and wants to act on it and the results can be either a good thing or a bad thing.
We feel for her since she’s been reeling following the lawsuit and then Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and nearly lost her company, and she’s frustrated with how things went.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Lucy Target Brook Lynn to Get Deception Back?
So it’s only natural she’s try to reclaim some form of dignity in her own mind by telling Tracy off and that she will never tell her what to do with her company again.
Sounds good and something that would be impressive, but Tracy holds 51% of the shares so Lucy is really out of luck on that. She holds no power at all.
But could there be more to her grandstanding than we expect.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Targeting Brook Lynn
Lucy has never been one to lay down and take it, and it looks like she’s got a plan to get back control of her company from Tracy.
To do that she’s going to sit down with the one lawyer in town that’s capable and willing (special emphasis on the willing part) to take such a case.
Of course, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is more than capable of finding a loophole or exploit the fact that Tracy used Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) for her role that gave Tracy leverage.
Since Deception is Lucy’s life dream realized there’s no doubt she’s going to do everything she can to get it back.
Even if that entails threatening Brook Lynn with a lawsuit and even possible jail time for her role in stealing information from Deception.
This will most likely put Tracy on the spot to either sign over her shares of the company of let Brook Lynn deal with the fallout.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: A favor returned
‘General Hospital’ were curious if Tracy telling Brook Lynn she’ll come back to her asking a favor at some point was a jab on Tracy’s part or if it actually meant something.
So, this is going to be a pretty interesting quandary if Lucy goes this route as we don’t see Brook Lynn asking her for help, but maybe finally asking for the shares to give back to Lucy and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
Of course, we doubt that Tracy will give it to her in this instance and will probably consider it a favor owed when it really should be returned.
