‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: So, Who’s Baby Is It Anyway? – Mysterious Christmas Newborn Abandoned!

‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that most recently, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) discovered an abandoned newborn on Christmas! Poor little darling, it’s cute as a button and looks to be well taken care of, but just who’s little darling is this? And why would they abandon such a cute little baby on Christmas! I’m with Nikki, in the preview one can clearly see that as a Mom and Grandmother her heart aches for the poor darling. But it begs the question – who’s baby is this exactly? The last time we checked, none of the known Genoa City crew was pregnant. And the only one with any epic secrets was Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) but seeing as she and the baby look nothing alike I think its safe to say that not even Amanda could manage to pull that rabbit out of her hat.

Since no one has shown any symptoms of pregnancy in Genoa City lately, I think it’s safe to say that none of the current known residents have been pregnant. So the birth Mother must be someone who is currently off-screen and has not been introduced yet. But who is she? Considering she abandoned the baby in what looks to be a handbag you would get as a free gift with purchase at bath and body works I think it’s safe to say that she’s someone pretty young. I’d say teenager but the child looks to be well-kept and pretty clean, but arguably that could have happened because Nikki got ahold of it and cleaned it up, which would make a lot more sense considering the baby is abandoned.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Is This One Of Adam’s Schemes?

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) keeps telling someone to keep the payments coming in a certain preview. Could this mean that he is behind this baby showing up and if so, how? Is this child possibly his child? Or maybe Nick’s? What exactly happened in Vegas, Adam? Is he going to fake a DNA test and con Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) into believing that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) cheated on her, got some random girl pregnant and now the child has shown up just in time for Adam’s love confession to take effect? It would be awfully convenient (not to mention terrible) if that happened. And it sounds like something that Adam would do to his brother. So, who is this baby? I guess we’ll just have to stay tuned!!!
