‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) may be getting ready to take a big step at Jabot. He may fire his brother Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and hand over the top position to his son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Problems with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)
It seems that everyone is having troubles with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). The Abbott family remembers what pain she caused Jack. They can’t understand how Jack could forgive her so easily and then fall in love with her. They believe that she must have some ulterior motives and is going to destroy their family company.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) has been the most vocal with this opinion. She thinks her brother is being foolish. While Billy said that he sided with Jack against Ashley, he has some concerns. He believes that they should protect the company a bit more.
Bill believes that they should put a stipulation in place that says that Diane may not have a seat on the board for at least ten years. That way they can gauge the veracity of the claim that she wants no personal gain out of this relationship and Jabot. He feels that the post-nuptial that Diane and Jack signed is too vague. He doesn’t think is to much to ask.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: No Criticism Accepted
Even though Billy isn’t really asking something that is that difficult, Jack takes it as a personal affront. He has struggled with any kind of criticism against his bride. He did not want to sign a post-nuptial agreement. He doesn’t want anyone to criticize Diane or their relationship because he trusts her completely.
Since Billy has challenged him in this way, Jack is hurt and thinks that his brother is becoming dangerous. However, if he would just do what Billy suggests, the company would be better protected.
Jack’s son, Kyle Abbott is encouraging Jack to fire Billy and put him in Billy’s place. Kyle is currently at Newman Media but would give it up for a top position at the family company. Moving companies would probably help Kyle also find it easier to stay in Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) bed.
