‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that a “Who killed Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs)” storyline may be on its way. The character of Gladys is completely ruined. She has gone from being bad to worse.
It was one thing to have Gladys steal Sasha’s money from her, but it was quite another for her to purposefully sabotage Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) progress, only to have her hooked on drugs again.
Involving Sasha’s psychiatrist, Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder), in the plot to set her up was beyond reprehensible and disgusting.

Even worse, everyone watched Gladys stand by and do nothing while Dr. Montague put Sasha into Ferncliff.
She needed someone to help her see the truth about Gladys and the evil Dr. Montague.
The mother-in-law from hell should have spoken up right then and there and stopped it, but she let Dr. Montague have Sasha committed.
Sasha deserves better. She is one of those rare, inherently good characters who are selfless and kind, and we need to see her rise above this, empower herself, and find some lasting happiness.
Gladys, on the other hand, needs to get hers. This reckoning is why we think that General Hospital is cleverly setting the scene for a good murder mystery, and the morally and financially bankrupt Gladys will end up six feet under.
There would be several possible suspects, of course. Let’s start with the obvious. Selina Wu (Lydia Look) may have had enough of Gladys and her stalling payment.
Selina is not one to mess around, and she may be getting to the point where she will no longer tolerate Gladys’s excuses. She may be ready to act on her frustration and have one of her men off Gladys.

However, maybe she is willing to keep Gladys alive to get paid.
Sonny (Maurice Benard), on the other hand, may not be so generous. He will not put up with what Gladys did to Sasha once he finds out the truth.
Sonny may find himself killing one of his own family to avenge Sasha. His desire to protect and help her shows through, especially now that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is gone.
Next up is Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). He seems smitten with Sasha and has even been trying to commit himself to Ferncliff so he can help her.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), Dante Falconari (Dominic Zamprogna), and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) all know that Cody is livid.
He threatened Gladys at the police station and clarified that he wanted to make Gladys pay for what she has done to Sasha.
Next in line is Dr. Montague. He may decide to eliminate his partner in crime to keep her silent. He would not want to risk his medical license or anyone discovering what he did to Sasha.
Finally, Sasha could end up losing it when she finds out that Gladys is the reason she was institutionalized, and it could lead to her killing Gladys.
It sure seems like many people would have a motive for killing Gladys. It all depends on the direction of the story.
