Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. But the way that they try to get attention, you’d think that they were doing it all for the likes.
Harry And Meghan Slammed For Only Doing Charity Work When There Are Cameras Around
Now one of Meghan’s former friends thinks that she needs to step back a bit.
British television personality and presenter LIzzie Cundy, who used to have BFF status with Meghan Markle, says it’s a shame that Harry and Meghan have to document each and every time they do something good for the world. Lizzie says that if Harry and Meghan were really a charitable couple, they wouldn’t only be doing it with the cameras around.
Lizzie told the Daily Star: “Look I’m gonna be honest with Meghan and Harry. Obviously, I knew Meghan before she got with Harry. I just think it’s great they’re doing their charity work, but I just think it’s a bit of a shame to have to do it with the camera crew there.”
Lizzie also thinks that everything Harry and Meghan do is for publicity. Yeah, talk about staying the obvious.
She continued, “Why are they doing it? And I just think maybe do some good stuff without the cameras there for a pat on the back. They haven’t been seen together for a long time and I just think this is – shall I say – a publicity stunt, possibly?”

She then added, “I think people know real things. Simon Cowell always says to me, ‘Be real because the audience can see through it. I just think now people have seen through Meghan.”
Lizzie is just speaking her mind here but the hate for Meghan Markle is real. No one seems to be buying what she’s selling these days.
Harry and Meghan could do some undercover charity work, but it’s not like Prince William and Kate Middleton do the same. If the cameras aren’t there, what’s the point? That’s not the royal way to do things.
Now, that’s not to say that Meghan isn’t only hungry for publicity. She definitely is. But she’s also a public figure. If she’s not doing it in front of the cameras, then she’s not doing it at all.
