‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) may be one step closer to her goal of dissolving her guardianship. She discusses her situation with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his support may be exactly what she needs.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Positive Steps
GH’s Sasha has been through a lot. She has suffered a lot of loss and has had a mental breakdown. It has been a slow process of putting her life back together, step by step.
She knows that she still has a long way to go and it will still be a journey, but she feels more ready to take more control over her life and her finances.
One step she made was to start meeting with a psychiatrist at the hospital. She had an initial appointment which went well. He was impressed with her but the issue she is not aware of is that he is friends with her guardian, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) which could spell disaster for Sasha.
If Gladys is convincing enough, he may not supply Sasha with the recommendation she needs.
Sasha also met with Sonny, who is Glady’s cousin. Glady’s has tried to convince Sonny that Sasha is not ready to be emancipated from her guardianship.
But now that Sonny has met with Sasha and talked with her, he sees that she really is. His support will mean a lot to Sasha in the future as she may have to battle it out with Gladys.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Damaging Secret
Sasha is going to be thoroughly destroyed when she finds out who Glady’s really is and how she has been “protecting” Sasha. While she claims to care for her and protect her from herself, she has been blowing Sasha’s money on gambling. She has been protecting Sasha from learning the truth about her addiction.
Gladys still has big debts to pay to Selina Wu (Lydia Look). For that reason, she is going to push hard and desperately to keep Sasha and her money under her thumb. The question is, how long will she succeed?
Is she going to use up all Sasha has and destroy her future? Or will someone step in and help Sasha be free of Gladys once and for all? How will Sasha react when she finds out the truth about Gladys?
