‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveals that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is going to come face to face with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Will this be the spark that helps Ned remember who he is?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Finding Out the Secret
At the Metro Court Hotel, Ned ends up hearing a private conversation. He hears Nina Reeves talk with her attorney, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight).
She admits to being the one who called in the anonymous tip to the SEC against Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). She had it in for Carly and wanted to get her busted.
When Ned hears this, he sticks around to confront Nina. Everyone has been blaming him for telling the SEC. He had threatened Drew with that previously, so it is not a surprise that everyone turned to him. When he hears that Drew is in the hotel at the pool, he rushes off to tell this secret.
Nina follows him, trying to stop him. Ned slips after calling out to Drew. He falls, hits his head, and then ends up falling the pool. He sustains a head injury and is unconscious. Nina doesn’t help, even though she witnesses everything.
She also doesn’t confess to her fiancé, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) since Ned is kind of out of the picture. Nina keeps her secret.
When Ned comes to, he doesn’t think he is Ned anymore. He believes he is his stage persona, Eddie Maine. He doesn’t remember his family or friends. This is great for Nina, who is still trying to keep her actions under wraps.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Escape
Ned tells his daughter, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that he really wants to get out of the hospital. He tells her that she can help him by securing a one-way ticket to Vegas for him. Again, he is thoroughly convinced he is Eddie.
When Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) come back to the family to report what her father has said, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) says she had enough. She marches into the room to shake reality into her son but finds him missing. He has had enough and has taken off.
When Nina hears about Drew’s sentencing, she has a call from Ava Jerome (Maura West). As she is talking to Ava, Ned comes up behind her and listens intently. Will this meeting with Nina bring to mind what caused him to have his accident? Will seeing her shake him up and bring him back to himself?
