The late rap artist Tupac Shakur has received his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and his family, friends, and ardent admirers attended the ceremony.
Sekyiwa Shakur, Tupac’s sister, managed to contain her tears as she spoke to the large gathering on Wednesday and discussed her brother’s accomplishments, summarizing his legacy as one that was driven by passion and tenacity.
Fans and friends paid their homage to Tupac, who is still regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time, by totally closing down a portion of Hollywood Boulevard. Among them were YG, Mike Epps, Naughty By Nature’s Treach, and ceremony MC Big Boy.
“Join us in welcoming our newest Walk of Famer Tupac Shakur. The awarding-winning rapper and film star received the 2,758th star posthumously.
